Beginners' Yoga for Shoulder Strength
This is a great beginner strength and stretch sequence for the shoulders. Melissa guides you through proper alignment while strengthening the arms and shoulders in a wide range of movements. Filmed on the beach on a warm, overcast day, this class is sure to keep you focused.

I found this video to be perfect for me. I have bulky muscle that needs to be trained to do the nice long stretches/ poses. I have strength, but not trained for holding poses... yet. :) You made it very easy for me to transition into each new step while I'm learning the names of the poses and how to get into them. I have used commercial videos, but could never find one that worked for me and my style.
