Nice Work!

This workout done in the most advanced way is a lovely workout for the shoulders. Pushups etc. I love 20-30 minute workouts when I'm in a rush. I especially like Melissa's voice and instruction!

Great for beginners!

I love your voice, it helps keep me focused without being intrusive. Mildly challenging, which is great for my beginner status. Mild enough to not make me want to give up, challenging enough that my mind doesn't drift. Thanks!

Thanks!

I really enjoyed this class, I'm not a beginner but it was still really enjoyable.

Nice, relaxing, strenghtening..

Good teacher also with calm voice, easy to follow. Will do again! Thank you!

VERY nice!

It was a nice beginner class, with just enough challenge to start strengthening my upper body.

Love it

Her voice is so calming and the instructions were esy to follow. I'm also thrilled that I have found a shoulder program that's not to hard. Finally! this will definitely be a part of my routine.

Excellent!

A quick way to start the day off strong! Thanks, Melissa!

Calm and Wonderful

Another great video from Melissa. Her grace and gentle guidance are such a pleasure! I always end her videos feeling relaxed and centered. Thank you!

Great Class!

Really like this one and like all of your classes. You have a great voice and I can easily visualize what my body is doing relative to your descriptions.

Perfect for building arm strength

Loved this class!

I'm just getting back into yoga after a 6 month break and really need to build some upper-body strength before attempting higher level asanas. This routine feels perfect, thank you!
