This class is a wonderful end to your day, combining gentle movement with restorative, relaxing poses to calm the nerves and prepare your body for bed and a good sleep. Melissa's clear, calm guidance couldn't be better.

This class was simple but unique for me, just what I needed tonight to help wind down, Melissa's soothing tranquil voice is almost enough. Enjoyed the gentle movements and constant reminder to use the breath, something I'm still trying to focus on. Thank you.

Melissa McLeod is one of my favorite instructors. She has a calming style and explains each pose and its variations. This class is relaxing, but still offers some wonderful stretching in the hips, hamstrings and side body. Thank you, Melissa!
