I do standing splits each morning as part of my brief wake up yoga. I often take hold of my ankle with both hands and I'm lucky if I can balance for 2 - 3 seconds. Today, with your gentle encouragement, I felt strong and steady as I balanced while holding by ankle in the splits. I don't know how long I stayed there but it felt great! Thank you, Araba.

Very useful descriptions. I usually get frustrated with the pauses in between but these were very helpful.
I always find balancing classes very humbling - loved this!
