This class is really for athletes of all kinds, but is particularly effective for cyclists. It's a full-length class that is best done at least a couple times a week if you want to see results. David targets the key muscles that are in high demand when riding your bike and also spends time releasing those that become tight because of the posture you need to maintain for so many hours on your bike. Note: You will need access to a wall.

I’m wondering if you have any class recommendations on this site that have a similar “intense stretch focus”, but works on the upper body? Would love to give that a go!
