This class is really for athletes of all kinds, but is particularly effective for cyclists. It's a full-length class that is best done at least a couple times a week if you want to see results. David targets the key muscles that are in high demand when riding your bike and also spends time releasing those that become tight because of the posture you need to maintain for so many hours on your bike. Note: You will need access to a wall.

I am an avid road cyclist, riding on average over 150 miles per week. Naturally, I had to try this since it is called yoga for cyclists. I must say it is the deepest and most thorough stretching I have experienced of muscles that I wasn't really sure how to stretch. The class is slow paced, but don't let that fool you. It's a thorough workout for all of the muscles we as cyclists overuse on a daily basis. Great job!
