I broke a bone in my hand last week and have been mourning the loss of my usual yoga practise and then I remembered having seen these wrist free classes on your page. Thank you for making them exist, Jonni-Lyn, I feel like these are going to be one of few things keeping me sane for the next 6 weeks and until I can get back to your advanced classes that I love sooo so much!

This is a very common chant at the ending of a practice and is one intended to bring peace.

Perfect practice for me today. I do have wrist issues and appreciate this class. The pace was great. Thank you Jonni-Lyn.
