Stay low and slow with me as we move through a gentle, deep release through your shoulders, spine, hips and lower back. Let your breath be your teacher while you lean in with curiosity and inquiry.

Question: is it okay to have your hip off the ground in pigeon or should you put something under it so it doesn't just hang? Thank you. Really lovely class
