Melissa is so wonderful. Her calm presence paired with the invitations to listen to our own bodies make this class really special. I feel so inspired to experiment and listen to my body during practice.
I, too, am dealing with an ankle injury. This routine felt so good and made it so easy to see ways to work around my ankle and hit some of the spots my body has been begging me to stretch/twist. Thank You! Hope your ankle is healing well, Melissa!
