Satiya created this class for the many people out there who live busy lives but still want to experience a restorative yoga class on a regular basis. Satiya's gentle guidance and calming voice are enough to encourage you to relax deeply and let go, even for a short - but sweet - moment in your day. There is no music in this class, so feel free to add your own. If you don't have a bolster, learn how to make a bolster at home.
