This vinyasa flow class is a fluid practice balanced in breath and movement. Leave the “to do lists” off the mat and take the time to be with yourself. Arm balances, hip openers, and standing postures are explored. Notice how we can slow down time and strengthen both the muscles of the mind and body.

Tracey's classes have always been challenging yet peaceful and always a favourite. But more recently, the instructions have become louder, forceful, and more stern. And sometimes some words are spoken with a rush. Ex. higher, higher, higher, higher, higher and keep lifting, keep reaching, keep kicking. It disrupts the peaceful flow of the class. The newer classes are okay but the older ones are preferable because they are challenging and flow more quietly and peacefully.
It has been a while since I have done this class, even though I have it downloaded. As usual, Tracy style, it is an incredible class!! But, I noticed something that I have not noticed in all the times that I have practiced this class - I heard Tracey's heartbeat during one of the poses!!!!! How wonderful is that!!! At first I thought it was a soundtrack, but then I realized that is was authentically Tracey's heartbeat!!!! What a wonderful sound and thank you for sharing it!!
