Please do not be turned away by the long length of this video. If you have time in your schedule, you should try this out. I was worried that it might be to hard and long for a beginner like me, but I did just fine. The hardest parts were the hamstring stretches. And about 20 minutes of the video (10 at beginning, 10 at end) are spent relaxing and lying down.
This is such a fantastic class. David is such a great instructor! I just love this website! :) There are so many classes with varying lengths that I am able to easily find time to practice yoga on a daily basis.
David is a really good teacher and always gives enough guidance to help even newbies know what to do. Very relaxing, gentle and effective. Again, thank you!
