Restoring the Body
This gentle, hatha yoga class is sweet, long (it's 1 hr and 45 min!) and wonderful. Made up of both Restoring Equilibrium and Restoring Balance, it's full of delicious stretches, restorative poses and a lengthy relaxation at the beginning and the end. It's designed to open the body slowly, while lulling you into a state of deep calm.

this class was lovely, especially as i recover from "beginner basics in flow". i've never felt more stable in warrior I, nor more focused in stretching my hamstrings/calves (usually i'm focused on the pain : P). it certainly didn't feel like almost two hours. thank you so much!
