This gentle, hatha yoga class is sweet, long (it's 1 hr and 45 min!) and wonderful. Made up of both Restoring Equilibrium and Restoring Balance, it's full of delicious stretches, restorative poses and a lengthy relaxation at the beginning and the end. It's designed to open the body slowly, while lulling you into a state of deep calm.

This class keeps me coming back a few times a year, for the past 6/7 years now, for some deep recalibration and restoration, inside, outside and mentally. It's a real treat. One of my favorite regulars on this site. Gentle, thorough and mindful.

Fantastic class, loved it. My legs shook a lot using the strap and when they were raised with hips on the bolster, is that normal? Really enjoyed the calming, alive feeling afterwards. Namaste

Yes, that can definitely happen. Your legs might be getting used to a new position and if they are also stretching, the muscles are working in a new way.
