Renewing Power in Flow: Full Class
This full, 80-minute class is a vigorous flow that transitions from warm up to twists, to foot balances, then a well deserved relaxation. Fiji puts it all together in a beautiful class that is so characteristic of her amazing teaching style.

Thank you - Fiji. I love this class and the way you teach it. I can't do all the poses (yet!) but I love the challenge.
I typically really love Fiji's classes, but this was was definitely not my favorite. It was very slow with a lot of descriptions for simple poses. I found it a bit boring, unfortunately. Still very difficult and a great workout, but not very fun and exciting.
Fiji is one of my favorite teacher. This practice is beautiful and challenging. Instructions are clear and specific. Thank you!
One of my favorite classes for intermediate level. Such great flow. Nice challenges for body and mind as I rehab from knee surgery in October. Yoga helps me find areas of imbalance in my mobility and strength so that I can assess my rehab progress at a foundational level. namaste
