Natarajasana: Dance of the Divine
Shivani takes you through a beautiful, invigorating flow that finishes with full dancer's pose, or natarajasana. She has a wonderful clarity and ease in her delivery and she has a way of making the more difficult poses feel easier. Have fun exploring the dancer inside of you!

I found some of the poses a little awkward for me as a beginner, but throughout the experience, I could feel some of the poses becoming a little easier. My muscles were opening up, and the strap helped with some of the poses for me. It's a good program that I plan on repeating again in the future until I can complete the poses without shaking/ being too wobbly.
Overall, I found it to be a great form of exercise on my non-running day. I have found that being a runner with poor stretching habits and becoming older has caused me to become a bit stiffer than I once was. The flow of this video had me fully relaxed and I could feel the weight/ stress dropping off my body at the end.
This was a very nice flow, challenging enough to break a sweat but also restorative and relaxing!
Yes, this is a great flow. The mic was acting up a bit that day, but it ended up working out fine. Thanks for mentioning the strap... I've added it to the class description so others won't be taken off guard!
First time with this teacher and liked the flow. The mic volume fluctuates a bit but not a big deal really. Not to hard physically but some challenging asanas and next time I will make sure I have a strap.
