Yin Yoga: Sinking Into Stillness
Join Anastasia for this hour-long class that spends five delicious minutes with every pose. Breathe deeply, relax your body and take the time to sink into the opening within each asana. It will calm you down immensely and leave you feeling grounded and centered in your body. If you haven't done yin before, you will be holding each pose in this class for five minutes. A very relaxing yoga class was what I needed today. THank you!! What were the names of the books you quoted in the middle of the class during one of the poses?
The time passed very quickly. I really enjoyed it but felt very cold towards the end so I would recommend a nice warm room and warm clothes for this class.

My first Yin Yoga class, I am surprised at how quickly the hour went by and even the 5 min. poses did not seem long. I enjoyed it very much.
