Grounding Yourself
This gentle hatha flow class with Josh is a slow-paced, breath-focused practice intended to get you out of your head and into your body. There will be an emphasis on mindful movement and body awareness. Note: It is recommended to have two blocks for this practice however this is entirely optional.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 8 of Total Body Flexibility And Health 14-Day Yoga Challenge For Men.

I so appreciated this lovely, lovely class. The pacing is gentle but the poses went deep and I thought that the structure of the class was very balanced. Josh is calm, even, and engaging. I thought this was a great way to pause in the middle of a work day! Thank you!
Very nice practice to calm down and relax. Josh has a very pleasant and calming voice and I’ll definitely be doing more of his classes
Nice little light practice
This is the first time I've done a practice by Josh - really enjoyed it and I'll look out for more of Josh'd classes. Did this class during my lunch break the hip opening stretches are perfect after a morning sitting on back to back zoom calls. Great delivery - gentle, clear and calming - a really great class.
