This was a wonderful class with deep stretching and focused breathing. Great for post migraine when you want to do something but don’t have the energy for an advanced class. Really enjoyed it! Thank you.
The pacing, the long holds are just what I need. Not only my hips, but my whole body from head to toe feels stretched out. I am nowhere near being able to do either Mermaid or King Pigeon, but it's something to work towards. Thank you, Araba!
