This was an excellent class for my neck pain. I've come back to this one a few times now, and it's great every time. The pacing is perfect for me - long holds, but not too long. I also have not noticed the second side being skipped on certain poses as a previous comment mentioned. I highly recommend this one! I hope to see more full body approach classes to other pain areas (back and feet especially).

After being unwell for a period of time and unable to practice daily yoga, AND having a very sore neck, I really appreciated this lovely class. I experienced no lack of poses ' on second side' as per a previous comment. A lovely full body stretch given slowly with calm/soft direction. Thank you Julia!
