Awesome. I have scar tissue in my chest and back from breast cancer treatment. It’s always tight and likely is at least partially the cause of neck and shoulder tightness and pain. This is the best group of poses I’ve found to soften them. Thank you!!
I woke up with the beginning of a headache/migraine. This practice has definitely softened the tension and pain! I will definitely come back to this video.
