Nice end of challenge.
Love this class. I appreciate Tracey's comments to remind me to continually check my own body and breath. I did not do the challenge and this class is fine as a stand alone practice. Just skip forward at beginning where she recaps the journey.
I love practicing with Tracey however, this class does not fit as a stand alone practice. It was difficult to get into the correct mindset as it was geared toward the completion of challenge, which I'm sure is a great wrap up but I did not do.
Really lovely way to end this challenge. I will revisit this class again soon. Thank you!
