Stay low on the mat and open to the connection of breath and movement. Anchored in flow ~ wring out the shoulders, the hips and the hamstrings preparing you to settle into the deep rich posture of Frog.

The class posted here is called "Flow with Ease", but the class in the "Track Your Progress" to the right, week 2 class one is called "Feel Stronger, Be Softer" Here is the link: https://www.doyogawithme.com/content/feel-stronger-be-softer. I found it in the classes screen.
Tracey calls this Day 22. It is in the Day 8 position. It is a wonderful class and I will be delighted if it IS INDEED Day 22. I look forward to repeating it.
