Yoga for the Female Hormonal Cycle: Luteal
During the luteal phase of your hormonal cycle, your hormones steadily drop off until menstruation. Often we feel more in tune with what’s important in our lives and what we might need to wrap up or finish off in our lives. This class is specific for supporting your system during this time with a slower flow and thyroid stimulation.
This class is Phase 3 of Yoga for the Female Hormonal Cycle.

This practice was incredible, thank you so much! I love doing practices related to natural cycles and rhythms (whether in the body, nature, the moon...) and am so happy to see some on DYWM.
Grateful to have this series! The luteal phase class definitely has a special sparkle to it that brought me closer to my intuition. Excited to try the other classes!
