Chakra Two Flow
This dynamic flow with a focus on satisfying hip openers, lower back releases and poses that build a lot of core strength and overall flexibility. Within the vigorous flow, Fiji encourages you to connect to the energy of the second chakra (svadhishthana), which is located around the sacrum. The element associated with the sacral chakra is water and the color is orange. Please note that this class directly speaks to issues around the sacral chakra which may be triggering or sensitive to some individuals.

Dear Fiji - your guidance in this class was beautiful. It really felt like we were sharing the practice! It was kind of like we were having a dialogue while doing yoga, which was wonderful. Something I'd like to suggest perhaps in the description of this class is that it may really help some women who are experiencing period-related pains. I remember last time I did this class before or on the first day of my period (the first day is the most painful for me usually), and I felt significantly better when I expected the worst. Thank you, sincerely <3
Thank you so much Fiji, you are a fantastic teacher. I have been taking your online classes over the last 6 years and it is so inspiring to see your teaching style and knowledge deepen and develop. Thank you so much, your classes have carried me through some very difficult times and reminded me of my own strength and resilience.

I can't recommend this class enough - from the challenging yet SO satisfying flow, to Fiji's amazing narrative that helps keep me centered and connected while leaning into those really uncomfortable releases, to the deep, deep healing that occurs every single time I do this practice (I still cry every time, and I LOVE that I still cry). This is, hands down, the most healing flow I've ever done, and I couldn't be more grateful for it! Thank you, Fiji!
Fiji I feel like you do a wonderful flow but you talk soo much that it is very distracting. It makes it difficult to tap into my own body, my own mind, my own senses when your voice is constantly pulling my attention away.
