Thank you Melissa. I loved the option of crossing the legs sitting on the floor for a deeper stretch vs. lying on the back. I had never made that connection before in any yoga class. It was explained perfectly.
Also overall, very clear instructions.

A really nice class. Thank you, Melissa! There is a lot of flexibility in choosing asanas offered. The only caveat is that this flexibility comes at the expense of breathing instructions since people may find themselves in different positions. Personally, I would enjoy more breathing prompts.
