Sometimes it is best to keep releasing the need to look, expect and practice simply being, breathing, easing

When we ease our body, we ease & nourish our mind and spirit

It may help to ask yourself
What do I need right now? What would be nourishing?
and breathe deeply

& see if an answer rolls forth. It may or may not, and that’s okay.
It may be a state of being like love, gratitude, peace, revitalization, healing, interbeing

A lot of stretches new to me that really helped with my stiff morning back muscles. I feel relaxed, not sleepy as I just had 8 hours sleep. A great way to start the day!
