I really like the flow in this practice. However my yoga teacher always taught us to breath in AND out of the nose. That is not the case here. I find that the heavy exhale through the mouth takes the serenity out of yoga.

Kim is first and foremost a pilates teacher, which teaches exhaling out the mouth. I'm the same - it sometimes feels counter intuitive to me to exhale out the mouth - but it has it's purpose.
