Yoga for Digestion: Quickie
This class can be done anytime during the day and is particularly effective just before a meal. If you have digestive problems, doing this class, along with the full class, on a regular basis will help aid digestion and help heal the digestive organs that are working so hard after you eat.

Thank you for this lovely sequence. I am transitioning to a high raw diet and am experiencing digestive discomfort in the process. I practiced this course this morning to relieve my symptoms and it was so healing and soothing. I will definitely come here again. Namaste

Just tried this practice and it felt like an ab work out! Not a bad thing at all though! Had a little difficulty with some if the breathing as my stomach doesn't look anywhere near like David's but I think I got the general idea of it! I have been having some major digestive issues lately so I'm hoping this will help. I did the practice after dinner and I actually feel less full.. Interesting feeling.. Onto the full length version!
