Loved this one! I am a tennis player and can see how this will be beneficial!

I recently had foot surgery and am not allowed to weight bare for 12 weeks. Once my doctor gave me the okay to begin activity I found this class. It was perfect (I made some slight modifications as I can not place my casted foot flat on the ground or put any weight on it). I am a half marathoner who regularly practices yoga twice per week. I have been so lost doing nothing but keeping my foot elevated. I will be doing this class on a regular basis until I have permission to begin more active pursuits again.

Great stretching poses at a good pace. Relaxing and rejuvenating. Thanks!

Definately wasn't what I expected. I changed a LOT poses as this class does not cater to athletes.
