Vinyasa Yoga: Focus On Twists

This is a more gentle vinyasa style yoga class with a focus on using your breath and core to get you into your seated, standing and lunging poses. It's intended to slow you down and allow you to give more attention to your poses, with an emphasis on twists.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 13 of the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

Hi Melissa,
This class was excellent for the work on stability and core, transition in lunge levels were very effective allowing me to sense where strengthneing would be offer me more support.
i also really appreciated the location of your video, it offered me a sense of spaciousness.

Thank you for this sweet flow. It starts slow, but you end doing a complete sessions. I loved the emphasis on twists (balance, flexibilite, core and strength, all at the same time!). I agree with others that it would be nice to have some more intermediate classes from Melissa. Namaste!
