Despite my best efforts at stretching , I could hardly move without gripping pain in my lower back this morning. I searched for a David Procyshyn / lower back class, and miraculously, the spasm released within minutes. Thank you, thank you and thank you!

David, your pain management skills have been so helpful to me. I practice a lot of mountain biking, fatbiking, skiing, and some running so my hips are constantly tight, so much so that the pain often goes into my lower back. I have been particularly stiff lately, especially in the mornings. After doing this class yesterday evening, so much of that pain was released. I had an impressive increase in my mobility this morning upon waking up. THANK YOU !!! very much looking forward to more of these classes :)

I was very happy to find this class. I've gone to a few in person classes and loved them. I recently purchased a set of tune up balls for home so that I could practice more frequently. I'm looking forward to more classes using the tune up balls.
