Slow down with this gentle, restorative yoga practice that has very few poses, long stretches of silence and perfect guidance from Melissa. You will feel yourself sink into deep relaxation while supporting your body with soft and blankets and a bolster (if you have one), feeling at ease at all times. This class is great for the back in particular, due to the gentle spinal bends and twists. If you don't have a bolster, learn how to make a bolster at home.

I did an 8 klm walk on my trails today and then came home to this lovely restorative practice.
It had all my favourites that I learned in Chacala. Thanks,

I love the space in the restorative. Too often, yoga instructors talk too much during practice. Melissa gives you so much space to rest inside your own body and listen to the rhythm of your own breath and blood.

Brilliant for my aching body after too much gardening or too much sitting around. I return to this practice over and over again and also use it to introduce people to resortative yoga. Absolutely wonderful. Thank you.
