Side Stretches and Twists
This satisfying hatha yoga class with Melissa combines two great movements for your spine - side stretching and twists. You’ll feel so good (and tall!) after this class. It’s especially great for those that spend a lot of time on the computer and/or sit for long periods of time.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 10 of Grounding and Strength 14-Day Beginner Yoga Challenge.

Great class! Melissa's classes are always a safe bet. And it's worth playing the music that goes with it; I was pleasantly surprised by the playlist... Some of the songs are not your classic yoga tunes, and go very well with the most "active" part of the class. Loved it!

Nice and gentle stretches for days when energy is low
:( The video stalled out at the 35 min mark "an error occurred while loading this video". It was a very lovely class up til then! I enjoyed the variety of movements as well as the pace of it.
