Ride the Wave
We have 21,000 opportunities each day to catch the wave of our breath, and to ride it into present moment awareness and engagement. This class focuses the mind on returning to the breath as part of the movement practice, and then to allow that new pattern to extend off the mat.

This was another excellent class from Fiji! I loved how relaxed and loose I felt as we went through the movements multiple times, going a bit deeper on each inhale and exhale.
Definitely will come back to this one!
Extraordinary. I felt the sea in my movement, I heard the waves breaking in my breath. Damn, I became the ocean, on a journey from a balmy day, through a storm, and then back to calm!
This class is a keeper. I will be returning, as soon as the tide comes back in.
