I thought that I had never done this practice before, but I soon realized that I had actually done it many times before in years past, and it had just been a while. It is a very challenging sequence, but practicing this again made me realize how much stronger I have gotten over the years. So cool! I am forever grateful to everyone at this website for bringing us such wonderful videos with such awesome teachers. Love.
