Fiji brings together the power of a vinyasa yoga flow and the deep, restful nature of restorative yoga in this wonderfully vibrant class. She begins slowly, building into a creative sequence filled with openers for the legs, hips, shoulders and back, then slows down again to take advantage of the body's heat by spending more time on deeper stretches, before sinking into sivasana. I was hoping for a purely restorative day 30, but this works just as well. This class is the second class I did on the DYWM YouTube channel when I got serious about my practice a year ago, so it's a nice reminder of how far I've come and how far I have to go. Thanks team!

Fantastic end to 30 wonderful days of yoga. Great start to January, and my marathon training has come on hugely as well during this time - getting faster, and no aches and pains at all even after my long runs. Thank you Fiji and everybody at DYWM. Now I have to to go back to making my own decisions about which class to do - I'm going to feel a bit lost!

I forgot how much I loved this class. . I loved the 30 day yoga challenge as It brought me back to some of my favourite classes ! Figi you are amazing. This is one of the best classes you teach ,for me anyway , I think
David should add an encour class as I don't want the challenge to end , besides January has one more day left !
I will start the 30 day challenge over again . It was a good idea to put 2 levels of class on for each day
