Fiji brings together the power of a vinyasa yoga flow and the deep, restful nature of restorative yoga in this wonderfully vibrant class. She begins slowly, building into a creative sequence filled with openers for the legs, hips, shoulders and back, then slows down again to take advantage of the body's heat by spending more time on deeper stretches, before sinking into sivasana. I want to thank all participating teachers from Do Yoga With Me for sharing this wonderful 30 Day Challenge. It was a great, I really enjoyed it very much! Most of the time I practiced first in the morning, but whenever I was feeling a bit cranky, I would do it in the end of the day. I mostly chose the "Beginnners" option because I really wanted to be gentle to myself (I have a tendency to go over my limits and hurt myself) and the wonderful thing is, that I can now continue for an other 30 days of "Intermediate"!
