My thanks! Been years since I did yoga! I am dying of cancer! So far stage 1 able to function some. Got it in neck,bones, spine, lungs etc. Passed out several times or came close cause of severe pain! On a pain management routine to live with cancer. Not getting it treated by choice! Blessed Be#

Wow, I so love this serene yoga experience with Nicky Jones. Having the sounds of the ocean in the background, enhanced the serenity of Nicky taking me to a place of relaxation and a calmer mind. This will be my go to Yoga Video to release tensions and become more centered in mind, body and spirit.
