The gentle hatha yoga class brings energy into the body, strength and flexibility into the spine and is great for bone density. It's one of our great 'yoga quickies', for those times when you only have 10 or 15 minutes to spare.
I love this little start to my morning. The only criticism I would have is that I love precise instruction,but to much talking distracts me from really feeling my practice. Otherwise, thank you so much for offering this.
I'm recovering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and after slowly increasing my daily activity levels from 10 minutes walking per day to 25 I'm ready to bring yoga back into my life. I'm starting extremely small which means doing 10 minutes once a week. I think this video is going to be perfect for me! Thank you :-)
Overslept this morning, so didn't have my usual time. Came across this routine, and loved it. Only about 11 minutes, but really got everything energized and ready to go for the day.

This is a great energizer when I'm running late in the mornings, but still want to squeeze in some conscious stretching.
