In this power yoga class, Fiji explores creative ways of helping you visualize alignment and improve body awareness as you flow through your yoga practice. You can't learn too much about how to feel safe, energized and aligned in your yoga practice.

I wish there was less explanation of every pose. I found it distracting. With a bit less explanation, there would be time for more variety of poses.
Thank you for this slow, thoughtful and purposeful class. It took me a minute to be here for this class, but I am glad I stuck with it.
