Join Jonni-Lyn in this steady and strong flow as she guides you through a few hip openers; camel pose (ustrasana), reclined hero pose (supta virasana) and headstand. Once your hips are happy and open, you will spend a bit of time exploring compass pose (parivrtta surya yantrasana).

absolutely fantastic! I do a lot of heavy weight training and my legs needed some good stretching and this class was exactly what I needed! I usually do yin so it started off a little quicker than normal for me but it got in to some wonderful stretching! a++

This is the most delicious practice - I've loved becoming engaged with a new style to me - would love to see more jivamukti classes with at least this length and skill level. Namaste<3
