Join Jonni-Lyn in this steady and strong flow as she guides you through a few hip openers; camel pose (ustrasana), reclined hero pose (supta virasana) and headstand. Once your hips are happy and open, you will spend a bit of time exploring compass pose (parivrtta surya yantrasana).

Very interesting class I’d describe as having vinyasa and hatha influences. Liked how it balanced Sun salutations with poses like the Camel that stretched my lower back. Also, one of the better balances of physical and meditative/spiritual aspects of yoga on this site.
I love this and all of Jonni-Lyn's classes. Excellent for hip opening, arm strengthening, centering and energizing.
