Exactly what I needed this morning! This practice stretched out my shoulders, hips, lower back, everything that was aching. It was harder than I bargained for toward the end of the session, but well worth it! Highly recommend this one :-)
That was pure magic. After a few days with no practise, this class was fantastic! A great pace for me and challenging at the same time. At the end it was so relaxing, I didn't want it to finish.
