This is a gentle yoga class that has a full-body focus, developed to help you feel present and 'in your body'. The selection of asanas (yoga poses), pranayama (breathing exercises) and affirmations are designed to help you rest, rejuvenate and relax.

What was nice for me with this practice was the amount of tension I had around my jaw from some mouth surgery last week. I can only do gentle yoga and was wondering if I could get rid of the tension and still do yoga since I have to be gentle. This practice did the trick. It relieved the tension around my jaw. I just love yoga, DYWM and Melissa!
Once more, Melissa provides a session that is kind and gentle to oneself. And, yet, there is still heat created in the body, so I know more is happening. I feel more centred and calmer after this practice. Thank you, Melissa!
