Some poses very difficult if you are not flexible but an intermediate level
I love how Tracy so thoughtfully worked up to the peak pose. Classes like this are perfect for helping me hone in on the more challenging poses in my practice to help me get over the "practice plateau" feeling I get from time to time. Thank you!
