Very relaxing i almost fell asleep
Thank you, Melissa, for this great class. Even though it is designed for bed time I have found it extremely useful for mornings also, when I wake up feeling like I have been scrunched up all night in bed. It helps to open up my body and relax it for the day ahead. Namaste.
I had a pretty bad day, so instead of blowing off practice, i did this class in bed. It was perfect! I did giggle a little, though.
I always enjoy this class. It's relaxing and really does stretch your whole body. Very calming too. Thanks Melissa Kriege!
