Beach Free Flow
Please help us welcome our newest instructor, Eddy Bortzer!
This vinyasa style class brings balance and cultivates awareness to begin the day or end the day with nourishment to the body, mind, and breath. The main focus will be on creating space around the hips as we explore fluid transitions from one lunge to the next. The class will begin and end on the ground, inviting us to root down to find strength.

My body feels awesome after this flow but it was quite fast paced for beginner II! I'll definitely be doing this one again so I can keep up next time.

Great flow class perfect instructions for beginner II
This is my third time working with Eddie. It is easier to follow, pick the invitation that is working for me and settle in than it was in the beginning. I don't fine him any noisier that Tracey N or Rachel. It is different noise but I like that Eddie's conversation is very focused on positions. Balancing poses are always a challenge for me but surprisingly the flow here was very helpful.
