I liked exploring poses that I have never seen before - and maybe will never be able to actually do! Nicely paced class with extra attention spent on side-opening, all leading towards one super-pretzel pose...But don't be daunted - Fiji offers modifications all the way and encourages you to find your own personal edge.

Wow! I am already feeling stronger as I attempt some of the poses that have become familiar over the course of eight days-- and I laughed as I attempted some of the twistier and more difficult poses introduced in this class! Looking forward to continued improvement and encountering these poses again
