Thanks for this!! Exactly what I need to do for a very tight right side of neck (I like doing other all over movement classes so always put off these gentler ones which I actually need !) I'm trying now to explore all the neck and shoulder classes to try and loosen that right side. I always enjoy your classes, thank you.

Thank you, truly. My upper back not only feel relaxed but is also painless. the succession of different arm bends and poses helped find a pose that was really soothing. And it's a pose I do not use often....
